Terms & conditions
Last updated: 26 September 2026
These terms describe the use of ThriveTill’s retail workspace and online-store tools. Please read them alongside our Privacy statement. Questions can be sent to info@thrivetill.com or raised on 0724 040 350.
1. Your account and authority
Provide accurate account information and only create or administer shops you are authorised to represent. Keep sign-in details private. Shop owners are responsible for assigning appropriate staff permissions and removing access when it is no longer needed. Staff must replace temporary passwords at first sign-in.
2. What the service does
ThriveTill provides tools for recording in-store sales, managing stock, running a branded online storefront, managing orders and assigning team roles. Feature availability may change as the service develops. Compatible hardware and local printer configuration are needed for receipt printing. Custom shop subdomains require domain verification and HTTPS activation.
3. Your shop and your customers
You remain responsible for the products you offer, stock accuracy, prices, taxes, receipts, deliveries, returns, refunds and customer service. Publish clear policies for your shop and obtain the permissions needed to use customer and staff information. ThriveTill provides the software; the shop is the seller in transactions with its customers.
4. Payments and order records
Recording a payment method does not itself move money. Online card payments and M-Pesa payment initiation are not connected in the current service. Online orders may be placed with payment due on delivery or collection. Only mark an order as paid after confirming receipt of funds. Shop owners are responsible for reconciling their records.
5. Plans and subscriptions
Displayed monthly prices are KSh 400 for Startup, KSh 700 for Small scale and KSh 2,000 for Medium. Corporate pricing is quoted individually. Confirm shop and staff limits, included support, taxes, billing dates, renewal, cancellation and any refund arrangements with us before subscribing. Browsing a plan or creating an account does not authorise an automatic charge. Any subscription agreement will specify the applicable commercial terms.
6. Acceptable use and your content
Do not use ThriveTill for unlawful sales, fraud, unauthorised access or activity that disrupts other users. Upload only content you have the right to use. You retain your rights in your shop content and allow us to process and display it as needed to provide the service.
7. Availability, records and support
Internet connectivity, maintenance and third-party services can affect availability. No uninterrupted-service commitment is made on this page. Keep the records and exports your business needs, and report issues promptly. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the service, and provide notice where appropriate.
8. Closing an account
Contact us to request account closure or help exporting available records. Removing a staff member’s shop access does not delete their account or their access to other shops. Data deletion is subject to applicable record-retention requirements and the rights of others; see our Privacy statement.
9. Changes and resolving concerns
We may update these terms and will show the revised date on this page. Material changes to a paid agreement should be communicated before they take effect. Contact us first so we can work through concerns. Applicable Kenyan law and any mandatory consumer and data-protection rights continue to apply; these terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
